Your image shows a GRILLED salmon, not an oven baked salmon. I bit misleading. I am trying your recipe now and I am sure it will be awesome…

Hi Jo, The image that goes with the Molasses Soy Glazed Salmon recipe is actually baked at 450 F. But at the bottom of the blog post there are images and links to other salmon recipes, including our Bourbon Molasses Salmon that is grilled. Let me know if you enjoyed the recipe.

Thank You for the recipe for the Salmon glaze recipe . I know how good Salmon
is for us and I love it on Pancakes also. But it is hard to find recipes using Molasses with meats etc. Do you have a recipe book for Molasses Recipies?

On the shelves in the stores there is two kinds of molasses is one so different from
    the other.

    Thank You

Hi Jessica, All of the recipes on this site call for fancy molasses, which is sweeter and less robust than cooking and blackstrap molasses. For baked goods I will sometimes substitute cooking molasses for fancy if the recipe calls for 1/4 cup or less of molasses. It’s quite strong so will make a difference. We have a Family Favourites cookbook, if you’re interested. I’ll send you an email to get your mailing address.
