We at Crosby Molasses Company Limited (“we” or “us”), respect your concerns about privacy.  This Privacy Notice describes the types of information collected through the Crosby’s website at https://www.crosbys.com/ (the “Site”), and how we may use the information, with whom we may share it and the choices available to you regarding our use of the information. We also want you to feel good about the measures we take to safeguard the information and tell you how to contact us about our privacy practices.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it

After approval of your comment, your profile picture (if you use one) is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Information we collect by automated means

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or otherwise disclose personal information we collect about you, except as described herein or otherwise disclosed to you at the time the data is collected.

Service Provider Arrangements: In connection with our Site and related services, we may transfer (or otherwise make available) personal information to third parties who provide services on our behalf. For example, we may use service providers, including without limitation, for hosting or operating this Site and analyzing data. How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Data Transfer

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 on the Site.
