Easy Peach Crisp Made With Peach Pie Filling

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 21ounce cans Lucky Leaf Premium Peach Pie Filling
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup Crosby’s Molasses
  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • Optional: 1/2 cup finely chopped or sliced nuts of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Place two cans of peach pie filling in bottom of 9×13-inch pan.
  3. Blend softened butter, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, molasses and nuts until crumbly. Now’s the time to add in anything else you’d like to include in your crisp.*
  4. Sprinkle mixture over pie filling.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes

*Add in your favourites: coconut, chocolate chips, cinnamon chips, dried fruit, etc. The options are endless and the choice is yours!
