- 1/2 cup room temperature butter
- 1/2 cup Crosby’s Maple + Molasses
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (we used dark chocolate chips)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the butter and Maple + Molasses using a wooden spoon until well blended. Add the egg and vanilla, whisking again until fully incorporated.
- Add all remaining ingredients, including chocolate chips, and mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop the cookie dough into 10 large balls, placing them at least 2 inches apart on the prepared pan.
- .Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cookies are golden around the edges and still slightly soft in the middle.
- Allow the cookies to cool on a cooling rack and enjoy!
- Store at room temperature for up to 5 days.
