Ingredients
- 1 cup oats, old fashioned
- 2 tbsp Crosby’s Fancy Molasses
- 2/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup ground almonds*
Instructions
- Mix together the five ingredients in a medium bowl or in a food processor until well-combined. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes to make it easier for rolling.
- Shape into 12 bites and keep refrigerated for a week.

*Ground almond can be replaced by ground flax or wheat germ
