Units Scale
  • 1 cup oats, old fashioned
  • 2 tbsp Crosby’s Fancy Molasses
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds*


  1. Mix together the five ingredients in a medium bowl or in a food processor until well-combined. Let the mixture chill in the refrigerator for 15 to 30 minutes to make it easier for rolling.
  2. Shape into 12 bites and keep refrigerated for a week.


*Ground almond can be replaced by ground flax or wheat germ

    Could dried fruit (cranberries) be added?

    What kind of bran? Usually its raisen bran cereal. There is bran cereal and just the bran from wheat. Just wanting to clarify.
