- Pastry for 1, 2 crust 9 inch pie
- 4 cups diced rhubarb
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup Fancy Molasses
- Prepare 1 pastry-lined pie plate. Place the rhubarb into the plate. Mix the dry ingredients and place them on the rhubarb. Beat together the egg and milk and pour over the pie. Drizzle the molasses over the pie.
