Molasses meatballs are so easy to prepare with prepared meatballs and these pantry staples – Dijon mustard, molasses, ketchup and thyme

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ tsp. thyme
  • 1/4 cup Crosby’s Fancy Molasses
  • 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 2 dozen cooked meatballs

Instructions

  1. Blend the ingredients for the sauce in a small bowl and add to the meatballs.
  2. Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until the sauce thickens and the meatballs are glazed.
  3. Top with sesame seeds and green onions (optional)

      Hi Julie,

      When I find recipes I love I print them out and put them in binders. It works great. I put them in plastic sleeves to protect them and voila==>instant cookbook of your fav recipes

      Hi Leslie, This recipe is good with rice and sauteed red peppers and onions. Steamed broccoli would be tasty with the meatballs too.
