Roasted Brussels sprouts with molasses

Quick and easy Roasted Brussels sprouts with molasses recipe. This recipe could make a brussels sprout lover out of just about anyone.


  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • ½ Tbsp olive oil
  • Sea salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Crosby’s Fancy Molasses
  • 1 Tbsp water


  1. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and season with salt & pepper.
  2. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet, cut side down if you’re in a patient mood.
  3. Roast at 400 F for 15 minutes, tossing once or twice.
  4. Meanwhile, whisk together the molasses and water.
  5. Remove Brussels sprouts from oven, toss with molasses mixture and return to oven for 5-10 minutes, until tender.
