I baked the Old Fashioned Gingerbread Cake with the Molasses Caramel Sauce and loved it! It was such a hit with everyone on Christmas Day as well. I have already had a request from my son-in-law to make it again soon!

My morning changed when I tried your zucchini pancakes. I planted zucchini in my garden to make sure I had enough for the winter months. I vote it #1 on your list.

Have already made the Swedish Apple pie 3 times in the past few months. Oh so good !!! I even tried the batter over a cherry pie filling. It was ok but prefer the apple. Thank you for posting the recipe but you are getting blamed for my weight gain. ?
