- Crosby's Fancy Molasses — the highest grade, smoothest and sweetest. CFIA Standard of Identity. 100% natural, unsulphured, non-GMO certified, no additives or preservatives. Single-origin sugarcane from the Madre Tierra mill in Santa Lucia, Guatemala. Available in 300 g, 675 g, 1.35 kg, and 5 kg.
- Crosby's Cooking Molasses — a blend of Blackstrap and Fancy. Darker and less sweet than Fancy, with a more full-flavoured taste. Available in 675 g.
- Crosby's Blackstrap Molasses — highly concentrated, very dark, with a robust, somewhat bitter flavour. Naturally rich in iron, calcium, magnesium, and potassium. Pure product with no added preservatives, sulfates, or sulfites. Gluten-free and certified Kosher. Available in 675 g.
