- egg whites, room temperature
- 15 ml white sugar
- 15 ml Fancy Molasses
- ¼ tsp vinegar
- Start to beat egg whites. When they are foamy add the sugar slowly and then add the molasses. Fold in the vinegar when the batter is stiff.
- Take 4 squares of cake. Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the cake. Mound the meringue over the cake and ice cream. Brown quickly under the broiler and serve.
