Ingredients

Scale
  •  4 medium sweet potatoes cut into wedges

Coating:

  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Crosby’s Fancy Molasses
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • ¼ tsp. dried chipotle peppers (or more if you like heat)

Instructions

  1. Combine coating ingredients and toss with the sweet potato wedges (you might have to use your hands to coat the wedges evenly) .
  2. Spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400 F for 20-30 minutes, turning at least once.
  3. Serve hot, sprinkled with a bit of salt.

      Hi Emma, If you’re in Canada you should be able to find it in most grocery stores, except Quebec. In Quebec and some Ontario stores look for Grandma molasses if you can’t find Crosby’s fancy.
